Jennifer Hall is the SC Program Manager for E4 Carolinas in Columbia, South Carolina. Jennifer has an undergraduate degree from Winthrop University and a Master of Public Administration from the University of South Carolina. Prior to working at E4 Carolinas, she served as Program Manager for Training and Education for the South Carolina Lieutenant Governor’s Office on Aging and was Director of Governmental Affairs for the South Carolina Association of Realtors. Most recently, she has managed her own business, Southern Development Strategies where she secured and managed Federal, State and foundation grant foundation for non-profit organizations.

Jennifer is responsible for supporting E4 Carolinas’ South Carolina programs and members, specifically managing the U.S. Department of Energy Research Grant awarded to E4 Carolinas. With the grant research, planning, and training will be conducted for the use of alternative fuel vehicles in improving the first responder, utility and government services to enhance storm resilience and recovery. Jennifer will also be engaged in researching and securing grant opportunities for E4 Carolinas and partners.
